Guido Marggrander
Percussion
Guido Marggrander was born in Karlsruhe. He studied music history and percussion at the music academy in Karlsruhe under Hans-Jörg Bayer and Jürgen Heinrich.
From 1989-1997 he was first percussionist in the Deutsche Radio-Philharmonie , since 1997 he has been a member of the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks.
From 2004-2019 Guido Marggrander taught at the Academy of Music, Theatre and Media in Hanover, since 2019 as professor at the Mozarteum University Salzburg.
