Service and Shipping costs

• Print@Home (free of charge)

Print@home tickets and the order confirmation (PDF) will be sent to the e-mail address stored in the customer account after payment has been made. Tickets for a concert visit can be presented as a printout in paper form or digitally directly on the smartphone at the entrance. Vouchers purchased via brso.de/en can only be redeemed for online ticket orders by entering the voucher number in the BRSO ticket shop.

 

• Collection

1. deposit at BRticket
Payment can be made either directly online by credit card or on collection at the BRticket advance booking office on the ground floor of the BR-Hochhaus, Arnulfstr. 44 (opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am – 4 pm; closed on Wednesday).
In combination with the “payment on collection” option, the order is reserved for a maximum of 10 days or up to a maximum of 2 days before the date of the event. If the order is not collected within this period, the reservation expires automatically. Cancellation of tickets already paid for online by credit card is not possible, even if the tickets are not collected.

2. deposit at the box office (service charge: €1.50)
Payment is made directly online by credit card. After successful booking, the tickets can be collected from the box office on the day of the event on presentation of a valid identity document. Cancellation of tickets is not possible, even if the tickets are not collected.

 

• Standard shipping (from 5,50 €): Shipping within Germany

The order will be dispatched by Deutsche Post AG after receipt of payment. If you pay directly by credit card, your order will usually be dispatched on the next working day. If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be reserved for 7 days. If the transfer is not credited to our account within this period, the reservation will automatically expire.
