In March 2001 the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks and former chief conductor Lorin Maazel performed the complete Symphonies by Franz Schubert. After Maazel’s Bruckner-cycle, which was published on BR-KLASSIK in 1999, the Schubert-Symphonies are now also available as a CD-Box on BR-KLASSIK-label.
